Has the company carried out independent audit/evaluation of the working of this

policy by an internal or external agency?

The implementation of Tata Code of Conduct and

other policies are reviewed through internal audit

function/ethics counsellor. External assessment of

Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) covers the

review of implementation of all Company policies.

The Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental

policies are subject to internal and external audits

as part of certification process.

* All the policies are signed by the Managing Director or an Executive Director.
